| 摘 要： | 转轮是水轮机的核心部件，其性能对水轮机的性能起着决定性的作用。百龙电站水轮机转轮投产不足5年就严重损坏，致使发电机组振动幅度大增，效率明显下降。文章根据电站运行实际情况和转轮损坏的现象，分析该电站水轮机转轮严重损坏的原因，并介绍修复措施，可供同类电站转轮修复借鉴。

| Abstract: | As an important component of the turbine, the performance of the runner is decisive to the overall performance of the turbine. The turbine runner of Bailong hydropower station was damaged in the fifth year of production, which caused the excessive amplitude of vibration and served no good for effective production. The article, according with the actuality of the station and the machine, analyzes the reason of the damages and introduces the situation which happened in the renovation of hydro turbine runner. It is very meaningful to the similar projects. |
