| Abstract: | In essence market economy is credit economy, and the credit principle is the soul and foundation of the market mechanism. At present, the corporation credit loss in China has become a big social vice. The paper clarifies the disadvantages of it with some economic theories, and puts forward some countermeasures on how to establish the Chinese credit system. |
