我国中小民营制造业创新服务支撑体系研究

市场环境复杂多变、产品生命周期缩短、科技含量不断提高使得创新在制造业、尤其是在我国中小民营制造企业中的地位越来越重要。然而中小民营制造企业创新面临着政策、资金、技术、人力和风险等方面的创新障碍,为此政府需要建立包括创新政策和创新支撑系统、创新基础设施支撑系统、创新中介服务支撑系统以及创新风险规避支撑系统在内的面向中小民营制造企业的创新服务支撑系统,以促进其创新并提高其核心竞争力。

Research on Innovation Service Support System for Small - and - medium - sized Private Manufacturing Enterprises in China

Because of the volatile and complex market environment the shortened product life cycle and the increased high-tech containing in new product,innovation becomes more and more important for the manufacturing industry,especially for small-and-medium-sized private manufacturing enterprises(SMPMEs) in China.But there exist many innovation obstacles,such as policies,capitals,technologies,human resources,innovation risks,etc when SMPMEs carry out innovation strategies.Therefore,the government should establish an efficient innovation service supporting system(ISSS) for SMPMEs,which includes innovation policy and institution supporting system,innovation infrastructure supporting system,innovation medi-agencies service support system and innovation risk avoiding support system,etc.to boost the SMPMEs' innovation activities and improve their core competence.
