| Abstract: | By using a kind of field study methodology called Right, Activities and Benefit Analysis for Community (RABA), this paper makes an detailed investigation on the change process and existing problems of tenure arrangement of collectively owned forestland in Dongyuan village and analyzes their reasons seriously. It must be used for reference in an further forestry tenure reform. |
