| 摘 要： | 资本结构优化问题一直是国内外学者研究的重点。目前,全球金融危机对我国不同行业的上市公司也带来了重大的影响,导致众多企业面临资金链危机,不少企业都在寻求更健康、更适合本企业发展的融资渠道,以完善企业资本结构。本文结合我国上市公司2008年的相关数据,分析了上市公司资本结构现状、存在的问题及其宏观、中观、微观等各层面的原因,并提出了相关优化建议。

| Abstract: | Capital structure optimization has been the focus of study which academics did at home and abroad. The global financial crisis brought a significant impact on China's listed companies in different industries. And then many companies are seeking healthier and more suited financing channels. Combining relevant data of listed companies in China in 2008,this paper analyzed reasons of listed companies 'existing problems on the macro,meso and micro levels and put forward relevant optimization tips. |
