| Abstract: | The paper considers that today, the competition among enterprises in the world is just the competition between technology and talent. The paper analyses new characteristics of development and management of human resources in new era. It also points out important role of development and management of human resources in the development of enterprises, and it puts forwards that new mechanism of development and management of human resources according with the practice of geological prospecting units should be established. |
