| 摘 要： | 互联网是一场革命，实际上在流媒体全面发展之前，这场革命是不彻底的。没有流媒体的互联网是无声无影的，与所谓“虚拟的世界”的说法相去太远。流媒体技术能够按照特定的顺序将文件发送出去，而播放程序则可以边接收数据边播放他们。

| Abstract: | Internet is a revolution, but in fact, before the comprehensive development of streaming media, the revolution is not complete.Internet is silent forever without streaming media, and is too far from the so-called "virtual world".Streaming media technology can send documents in accordance with a specific sequence and the player can broadcast data while receiving them. |
