Morphological analysis: Its application to a company TF investigation

Of all the techniques used in technological forecasting, morphological analysis is probably the one least used by TF practitioners and least known to the public. Delphi investigations, trend analysis, scenarios, and most recently dynamic models are widely employed, but the use of morphological analysis is rarely reported, though it is mentioned in every textbook on technological forecasting. The reason may be that morphological analysis is a technique to structure a problem rather than solve it.
