The Definition of Private Enterprise Concept its Stages of Development |

| Abstract: | There are differences and connections between private enterprises and non - state - run enterprises. Through comparing private enterprises and non - state - run enterprises, the concept of private enterprises are shown in the paper. At the same time, the paper I tixes on the characters of stages in private enterprises s developing process the prinary creation period, growing period and maturily period. |
