摘    要:江苏油田周41油气集中处理站应用全面质量管理理论,建立外销原油质量保证体系,实现了全员参与、全过程管理,转变了职工的观念,树立了优质服务意识,保证了外销原油质量,提高了站库管理水平,促进了油气集输站库经营管理模式的转变。

Abstract:Applying the theory of all-round quality management, a quality assurance system for export-oriented crude oil has been established at Zhou No.41 Gathering Station, Jiangsu Oilfield. Process management participated in by all staff has been carried out so that all the staff members have built up the awareness of providing high-quality services. As a result, the quality of export-oriented crude oil has been assured and the management of the Station has been improved, thus promoting the shift of management model in oil gathering stations.
