| 摘 要： | “非市场经济地位”是我国遭遇大量反倾销调查和反倾销败诉的主要原因。近年来，连发展中国家印度也频繁动用非市场经济地位武器对付中国。本文先分析了印度未给予我国市场经济地位待遇的情况及原因，论述了印度拒绝承认我国市场经济地位所带来的危害，并且从政府、企业和行业协会三个层面提出了如何争取印度承认我国市场经济地位的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Non- market economic status is the main cause of anti- dumping investigation and our losing lawsuit. In recent years, even developing country India frequently employs non-market economic status as a weapon to deal with China. First this article analyses the condition and reason why India refuses to admit China＇ s market economic status, then discusses the harm brought about this, lastly puts forward some measures how to strive for India to admit our market economic status from the government, enterprise and trade association. |
