Path of Science Innovation Strategy from the Perspective of Global-Value-Chain

The Global-Value-Chain is denoted to be the global cross-industry association, which connected the process of production, sales and recycling, to realize the value of goods or service. A country's position in the Global-Value -Chain always reflect its economic and trade power. Chinese economics is in an important stage of transformation.
