央行分支机构人力资源优化配置研究

摘    要:人力资源优化配置是我国央行分支机构盘活现有人力资源、提高人力资源管理水平和履职能力的有效途径之一。针对目前央行分支机构人力资源配置方面存在的问题,应遵循一定价值目标,在充分分析问题的基础上,寻求人力资源优化配置的有效途径。

Abstract:The optimization deployment of human resources is one of the effective ways which can activate the present human resources and improve the management of human resources and abilities of fulfilling functions of branches of central bank in our country.In view of the problems of the optimization deployment of human resources,we should follow a certain value and search for the effective way based on analyzing problems fully.
