锅炉管道局部锈蚀的分析与处理

针对SHL型锅炉对流管、水冷壁管、过热器管及集箱管接头的内外表面的部分严重锈蚀,文章在进行全面锈蚀测定的基础上,按照第三强度理论,分组进行了强度核算,并与国家低、中压锅炉用无缝钢管的使用标准进行了比较分析,在保证锅炉安全运行的前提下,提出了修复处理方法。使用过程表明,该锅炉经修复后,运行良好。
