摘    要:本研究是通过对炼油厂延迟焦化原料油和乙烯裂解焦油不同掺炼比例混合原料进行分析,结合炼油厂延迟焦化装置设计建造自动控制延迟焦化实验装置.在延迟焦化实验装置进行不同掺炼比例混合原料的评价,考察产品分布情况,研究将乙烯裂解焦油作为延迟焦化原料的可行性.实验结果满足装置主要技术经济考核指标,解决了乙烯裂解焦油综合利用率不高难题.

Abstract:By analyzing the mixed feedstock consisted of delayed coking feedstock and ethylene cracking tar on different blending ratio, this study discussed how to design and build a automatic - controlled delayed coking experimental unit. In this unit, the blending oils were evaluated. Then the status of distribution of products were investigated, the feasibility of using ethylene cracking tar as the feedstock of delayed coking was studied. The results of the experiment reaches to the main economic index of check of the unit, and resolves the difficult problem of low comprehensive utilization for the ethylene cracking tar.
