加氢催化剂器外预硫化技术现状

摘    要:器内预硫化技术由于缺点较多而将被逐渐淘汰,器外预硫化是预硫化技术的发展方向,具有操作简单、硫化效率高、无污染等优点,已在加氢工业装置上得到应用.本文重点介绍了20世纪80年代以来,EURECAT公司、CRITERION公司、AKZO公司、TRICAT公司等国际性公司在加氢催化剂器外预硫化技术领域的发展和突破,同时对国内该领域的技术现状作了具体论述.

Abstract:In - site pre - sulfurizing technique will be eliminated due to much defaults,off- site pre - sulfurizing is the development direction of presulfurizing technique, which has advantages of simple operating, high sulfurizing efficient, no pollution, and it has been applied in hrdrogenation equipments. This article emphases introduces the development and breakthrough in off - site pre - sulfurizing technique of hydrotreatment catalysts of EURECAT, CRITERION, AKZO, TRICAT international company from 1980s ,which also discusses domestic current situation of the field in details.
