| 摘 要： | 应急物资的采购在应急系统中占有非常重要的地位,本文首先分析了现有应急物资的分类体系,随后根据应急状态下物资采购的优先级别建立应急物资分类体系,最后结合采购物品的定位模型,确定不同类别应急物资的采购战略。
