浅议高职高专酒店管理专业学生职业养成教育

目前,酒店业对从业人员的素质要求越来越高,职业意识和职业素养是企业选拔和引进人才的一个重要权衡指标,良好的职业素养是毕业生成功就业的必备条件,高等职业教育要培养出高质量的应用型、技能型人才,职业素质养成教育是体现其自身特色的关键环节。通过分析职业素质养成教育的内涵、基本内容和职业素质养成教育重要性,结合高职高专酒店管理专业提出高职学生的职业素质养成教育应多渠道、多方式进行。
