广西政策性农业保险发展模式研究

在分析广西政策性农业保险发展现状的基础上，文章从优势和缺陷2个角度对广西政策性农业保险模式进行评价，并从合理确定财政补贴的农业险种范围、合理确定财政补贴的保费补贴比例和补贴对象、合理确定配套的税收优惠政策、扩大农业保险的承保面、构建分担广西农业保险巨灾的保障体系和加强政府救济与政策性农业保险的合作等方面，提出了发展广西政策性农业保险模式的建议。

Some Researches on the Development Pattern of Guangxi Policy-based Agricultural Insurance

Based on the analysis of the status quo of Guangxi policy-based agricultural insurance, the article evaluates the patterns of it from advantage and disadvantage angels. In addition, it also gives the suggestion on the development of policy-based agricultural insurance in Guangxi, which concern reasonable confirmation of the agricultural insurance categories in fiscal subsidies, reasonable confirmation of the insurance proportion of fiscal subsidies and the related benefited parties, the reasonable affiliated tax preferences policy, the expansion of agricultural insurance coverage, an insurance system building that could share the responsibilities in Guangxi huge agricultural insurance disaster and the reinforcement of the cooperation between government relief and policy-based agricultural insurance.
