出口产品多样化与贸易绩效——基于Funke&Ruhwedel动态面板数据模型的分析

本文首先明确了产品多样化的概念和测度方法,然后基于Funke&Ruhwedel动态面板数据模型利用两种不同的方法对亚洲9个国家和地区向美国出口的产品多样化与贸易绩效之间的关系进行实证分析,发现产品种类对出口贸易存在明显的正效应,尤其是异质性较强的工业制成品在两种方法下的促进作用均通过显著性检验,从而本文认为促进出口应转变追求增加出口产品数量的传统观念,而通过创新活动着力扩张出口产品种类将是在抑制贸易条件恶化的同时实现出口增长的一条有效途径。

Export Variety and Trade Performance:an Empirical Analysis Based on Funke & Ruhwedel Dynamic Panel Data Model

This paper firstly defines the product variety and introduces several different ways to measure it, and then makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between export variety and trade performance from nine Asian countries exported to USA based on the Funke & Ruhwedel dynamic paned data model, and finds that export variety has a positive effect on export performance, especially that of more heterogeneous manufactured goods.As a result, the paper holds that we should change the traditional idea of incre...
