| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省农村居民点用地为研究对象,利用实地调研、问卷调查等方式获取该省农村居民点内部用地结构、布局等资料;结合多年该省农村居民点用地情况的统计数据,分析该省农村居民点用地现状,通过4条不同测算途径,提出了2020年该省农村居民点通过土地整理等措施可以挖掘的潜力。

| Abstract: | Based on data from government,full analysis of rural residential land was made from the numbers,structural and special.After that investigations was established.We also made a deep analysis on the investigation data in order to make it clear that the rural residential land use actuality.At last put forward the effective internal potential of rural residential land in Heilongjiang in 2020 by methodology of land readjustment |
