| Abstract: | Products provided by water industry is classified into the quasi-public goods.It is necessary from the perspective of theory and practice for Chinese water industry to quicken the marketization transition that is involved with such three aspects as the industrial reorganxziation,operation right outsourcing and governmental regulation in the formation of the trinity transition model for the effective protection of consumer benefits and the supply of high quality public service. |
