| 摘 要： | 石油矿区文化环境的软硬环境建设,会对构建和谐石油矿区产生不同的作用,而且两者之间还是相辅相成、互为补充的关系.我们很难想象,在石油矿区文化硬环境不佳的情况下,会制造出一个良好的软环境;同样在一个软环境不得力的氛围中,也不可能在创建和谐石油矿区的工作中取得好的效果.因此,在通过文化环境建设的途径强化创建和谐石油矿区的过程中,必须既要重视硬环境的建设,又要重视软环境建设,把两者有机地结合起来.
