| 摘 要： | 西方学术界和我国部分经济学者对企业家报酬与企业业绩的相关关系进行了实证分析，研究结果分为相互对立的两种：认为这种相关性很微弱或者较为显著。针对我国上市公司的实际情况，建立关于企业家报酬与企业业绩的线性回归模型，通过对样本的回归分析考察二者之间的相关系数。

| Abstract: | The western academe and part of economic scholars in China have made the substantial evidence analysis between the entrepreneur reward in listed company and the enterprise accomplishment,which have reached two opposition conclusions:the relativity of them is either weak or prominent.Based on the actual circumstance of the listed company in China,this paper has built up a linear regress model about these two aspects,and has investigated their coefficient through regress analyzing the sample. |
