| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省国有林场改制情况的调研,发现存在如下问题:改制没有明确的政策、职工利益没有保障、生态公益林的管理与经济林的管理没有区别对待、产权关系不清晰、改制经费不够等。通过分析讨论,提出了国有林场的改制必须有外部的相应改革与支持。

| Abstract: | Survey the reform case of state-owned forest centers in Zhejiang province.There are some questions that reform has no definitude policies,employees have no safeguard,commonweal-forest and economic-forest have not treated differently,property relation is not distinct,reform has not enough money and so on.By analysis and discussion,advanced that sate-owned forest centers reform must have related reform and support form exterior. |
