| 摘 要： | 人类进入了一个以知识为主宰的新经济时代 ,企业是否能留住知识型员工、用好知识型员工 ,是企业能否在竞争中立于不败之地的关键。知识型员工具有创新精神、乐于学习、独立自主、流动意愿强等特点 ,本文分析了知识型员工的行为动力 ,并提出了组织有效激励和管理知识型员工的措施。
