摘    要:针对南方小批量稻谷烘干问题,提出HX60小型顺逆流烘干机设计方案,该机采用板材折边工艺,提高设备整体美观性,两侧废气道设计,降低周边环境污染.采用“多段、变温、长缓苏”的烘干工艺,提高了烘干品质.

Abstract:Contrary to the drying problems of small quantities rice in southern, put forward the design of the HX60 continuous counter-concurrent flow dryer, the machine use the fold process to manufacture, inproving the beauty of the equipment, the design of the collection of exhaust gas, reduce the environmental pollution. Using the process of 'multistage, variable temperature, four-stage tempering', inproving the quality of drying.
