中央转制科技型企业绩效管理中指标体系的构建

摘    要:科技型企业绩效管理一直是人力资源管理者关注的话题,特别是指标体系的构建更是绩效管理的核心.笔者从分析绩效管理与绩效评价的不同着手,引出基于平衡计分卡的关键绩效指标构建思路,结合科技型企业的主营业务类型分析指标体系的构建,以期通过对科技型企业指标体系的研究给同类企业以参考与借鉴.

Abstract:The performance management of technology-based enterprise has always been the subjects of human resource managers, especially the construction of index system is the core of performance management. Starting with the analysis of the difference between performance management and performance evaluation, the paper introduces the key performance indicators based on the balanced scorecard, combining with the construction of main business type analysis index system in the technology-based enterprises, has a research on the index system of technology-based enterprises. The findings of paper will have a certain actual reference significance to the similar enterprises.
