中小企业国际化成长中的中介组织作用机制探讨

随着经济全球化、信息网络化和全球分工的深入,尤其是产品内分工的广泛拓展,专业化的中小企业日益活跃在国际市场,由于其天然的特征"缺陷","单打独斗"进行国际化成长并可持续发展面临巨大挑战,中小企业充分发挥自我竞争优势,借助中介组织实现国际化是一条重要的成长路径。文章以全球价值链为主线,对中介组织的内涵进行了界定并进行了分类,对销售环节中介组织推动中小企业国际化成长机制进行了较为系统的分析,同时,为促进中小企业国际化成长,提出了中介组织发展的相关对策。

A Study to the Mechanism of Action of Intermediary Organizations in the International Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises

With the growing of economic globalization, information network and global division of labor, especially products within the division of labor developed widely,Small medium-sized enterprises have become lively in the inter national market.Due to the natural characteristics of ＂defect＂, The growing of globalization by ＂oneself＂ comes with sustainable development and faces with big challenge and it has become a important growth for small medium-sized enterprises taking advantage of autocompetition and with the help of medium organization to realize internationalization. This thesis focus on the global value chain, and defines and classifies intermediary organizations. The thesis also gives a systematic analysis of the development mechanism of middle and small-sized enterprises stimulated by the intermedi- ary organizations in the process of selling. At the same time, the thesis offers the relative strategies of the development of intermediary organizations to promote the international development of middle small-sized enterprises. b
