电网企业实施轮岗培训的探讨

摘    要:针对电网企业的特点,在对电网企业全面推行轮岗培训机制的必要性、基本原则以及面临困难分析的基础上,提出了电网企业全面推行轮岗培训机制的对策.在目前电网企业全面实行轮岗培训条件尚不成熟的情况下,应率先在新员工中试行轮岗培训,提出了如何在新员工中推行轮岗培训的具体措施.在实践中不断总结,逐步建立起全面轮岗培训机制所需的各种基础条件,待条件成熟后再全面推行.通过轮岗培训激活电网企业人力资源,提高电网企业人力资源素质,保证电网企业持续不断、与时俱进的竞争力.

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of power grid enterprises, some measures are put forward in this paper for full implementing cross-training program in power grid enterprises, based on the analysis of the necessities, basic principles and difficulties for cross-training implementations. Since the existing conditions are not adequate in power grid enterprises for full implementation of cross training, it is proposed that cross-training be implemented tentatively among new employees, and gradually implemented among all employees after accumulating more practical experiences and building up adequate conditions. The cross-training is expected to promote staff's professional qualities by activating human resources in power grid enterprises, and to ensure the enterprise's constant competitiveness.
