| Abstract: | Procceed from anaiysing the categories of geological and prospecting units, this ar- ticle discusses the cause of management machanism which exists in the geological and prospecting units. Analysing many kinds of malpractice of the present management machanism of geological and prospecting units engaging in the exploring geological work. It raises some imagines about Perfecting the management machanism of the geological and prospecting units from reforming the external and internal environment. |
