| 摘 要： | 民间金融作为正规金融的重要补充,其流向及运行的正常与否对辖区经济的持续发展具有重要意义.本文通过分析泉州市民间资金外流的成因,阐述了资金外流对区域经济的影响,并提出了合理引导辖区资金流向、有效促进地区经济发展的对策思路.

| Abstract: | As an important supplement of regular finance in China, the folk finance has the vital significance to the continual development of regional economy whether its movement is normal or not. Through analyzing the present situations, characteristics and original reasons for the fund outflow in Quanzhou resident, the article elaborates the possible influence of fund outflow to the regional economy in details, and based on the above foundations, proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion how to guide the influence of regional funds and finally, promote the area economy development effectively. |
