| Abstract: | Based on the principal of management science and thorough investigation,research has been done on existing problems in the operating mechanism of Hunan agricultural science and technology achievements transformation.Typical experience on agricultural science and technology achievements transformation mechanism at home and abroad has been summed up.Proposals on improving Hunan agricultural science and technology achievements transformation mechanism have been offered. |
