| Abstract: | Resulting from various subjective or objective reasons in the actual economic activities,the obstacles to econom- ic intercourse,even all kinds of economic disputes often take place.The paper makes a detailed analysis of the economic disputes from the dimension of conceptualism of logics and puts forward the logical methods of how to properly avoid and settle the disputes,which provides some important thinking tools to assure the validity of the economic activities. |
