河南省民营企业技术创新能力的聚类分析

界定了民营企业技术创新能力基本概念,建立了民营企业技术创新能力聚类分析的指标体系,依据《河南省统计年鉴2007》和《河南省科技统计年鉴2007》等资料,从民营企业的技术进步基础、技术活动投入、技术活动产出三个方面,对河南省民营企业技术创新能力进行聚类分析,得出聚类分析结果,并对聚类结果进行了分析;在此基础上,分析了不同类别存在的原因,最后提出了不同地区加强民营企业技术创新能力的建议。

Cluster Analysis of Technological Innovation Capacity for Private Enterprises in Henan Province

This paper defines the basic concept of technological innovation capacity for private enterprises; the indicator system of cluster analysis of their capacity was established. According to the data from "Henan Statistical Yearbook 2007" and "Henan Science and Technology Statistics Yearbook 2007", etc., Cluster analysis of such capacity for private enterprises in Henan Province was conducted in three aspects - private enterprises’ foundation of technological progress, inputs and outputs of technological activities, the result of which in turn becomes the basis the analysis is based on to find out the causes for the existence of different types. Hereby suggestions for enhancing the capacity of their technological innovation in the different regions are proposed in the end.
