| 摘 要： | 《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,对企业人力资源管理工作提出了严格的规定和要求。对铁路企业在《劳动合同法》落实中应当注意的几个重点问题进行了分析,以期提高铁路企业人力资源管理者的法律意识,提升劳动关系治理水平,构建和谐劳动关系,从而实现人力资源的优化配置。

| Abstract: | The implementation of labor contract law sets strict regulations and requirement on human resource management. The article analyzes some key problems concerning the implementation of labor contract law in railway enterprises aiming at raising the legal awareness of human resource management personnel, enhancing the labor relationship management, establishing harmonious relationship between the employer and employee, thus realizing the optimized allocation of human resources. |
