深层天然气藏开发决策风险性经济评价方法研究

随着我国环境保护、优化能源结构和可持续发展战略的实施，天然气的开发、利用在国民经济中的作用越来越突出。本文首次采用量本利分析和概率统计法对大庆长坦以东昌德深层天然气藏开发风险性进行了科学评估，方法新颖，评估结果可信度高，为政府和企业提供了量化的决策依据。

Study of Economic Assessment of Risks in Deep Natural Gas Reservoir Exploitation Decision- making

With the implementation of environmental protection, energy structure optimization and sustainable development strategy in China,the exploitation and utilization of natural gas are becoming more and more important in national economy. In this article, the method of quantity-cost-benefit analysis and probability statistics is used for the first time to carry out a scientific assessment of the risks in developing Changde deep natural gas reservoir located to the east of Daqing. This novel method has produced a highly reliable assessment result and provided a quantified basis for the decision.
