| Abstract: | Metropolitan coordinating region(MCR) is one of the basic forms of spatial organization in modern urban development.The theories and planning practices of Chinese metropolitan regions are still at the preliminary stage,and now so many corresponding issues need to be further studied.This paper introduces the tenets of the recycle economy and practices of MCR planning in modern China.Then,based on the discussion upon the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of recycle economy theory in the MCR planning,this paper,in association with exemplary planning practices,finally puts forward some valuable suggestions and counter-measures. |
