He has taught economics at the Universites of New York, York, St Andrews and East Anglia. Consultant in fiscal policy and taxation. Has worked for the UN, OECD, Harvard University Development Advisory Service and the Netherlands Economic Institute. Author of An Introduction to the Theory of Macro-Economic Policy, and The Economic Theory of Fiscal Policy (with Alan Peacock). |
