| 摘 要： | 农村金融制度建设与农村经济发展初衷相背离已成为社会主义新农村建设的重要制约因素。本文从制度变迁角度分析了我国农村金融制度发展过程中的供给和需求悖论,并分析了造成这一悖论的体制诱因。最后基于制度供给和需求两方面考虑,提出了构建双重四元农村金融体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The conflicts between rural financial institution and rural economy have restricted the building of the socialist new country.This paper analyses the paradox of supply and demand during the rural financial institution transition from the angle of institution transition and the institution reason of the paradox.It finally advances the countermeasure to build the double four-dimension rural financial system by considering the institutional supply and demand. |
