| Abstract: | It is essential for socialist distribution system to achieve inclusive growth,protect and improve people's livelihood,establish a harmonious society,and perfect justice and equality.It is basic for all to enjoy social security with decent life.It is important to improve human resource system with decent employment as priority.And it is core to construct long-term effective mechanism with equal opportunity and benefit sharing. |
