| 摘 要： | 本通过对山西投入、产出、经济发展变化和日本步和世界经济大国的研究，分析山西经济结构及发展中的问题，提出结构调整应从发挥资源优势出发，选择重点产业进行“合理化投资”，采用技术提升、新产品开发、资源综合利用和降低污染的经济质量型调整，将山西的资源优势转化为经济优势。

| Abstract: | The paper analysed the problems of the ecomomic structure of Shanxi Province,proposes to exploit resource advantage of Shanxi Province to restructure economic structure,pick out important industries for rational investment,upgrade technology develop new products,reduce and control pollution,so as to transform the presource advantage of Shanxi Province into economic advantage. |
