| 摘 要： | 现有的经济增长理论对自然资源重视和分析不够深入,对经济增长可持续条件的研究忽视了自然资源的贡献.文章认为,探讨经济有效增长问题的出发点和立足点就在于重新认识自然资源,必须重视自然资源这一经济增长的基础变量,考虑自然资源约束.

| Abstract: | Existing economic growth theories pay less attention to natural resources and make fewer analyses of them,ignoring the contribution made by natural resources to the study of conditions for sustainable economic growth.This paper holds that the starting point and foothold of studying effective economic growth lies in re-reorganizing natural resources,attaching importance to natural resources--a basic variable of economic growth and considering natural-resource constraint. |
