| 摘 要： | 将备件的可预测性、可得性、关键性和经济性作为评价指标;通过ABC分类确定指标权重,运用模糊层次分析法计算备件的组合权重;最终得出对备件的重要性排序。该方法可快速有效地找出重点备件,提高备件管理工作的针对性。通过算例验证,验证结果表明这种评价模型具有现实可行性。

| Abstract: | This paper provided a FAHP method to evaluate the importance of spare parts.There are four indicators as follow:predictability,availability,criticality,affordability.Firstly,the ABC classification is used to get the indicators weighing.Secondly,FAHP is applied to combine them.Finally,we will get the sequence about the importance of spare parts.This method can quickly get the important spare parts and increase the direction of spare parts management.A electric power plant is taken as an example to prove the practicability of the indicators. |
