| 摘 要： | 文章以历史唯物主义为指导 ,以国内外的历史和现状为依据 ,阐述了古代社会、市场经济和计划经济条件下的政府经济职能 ;并依据个性寓有共性的原理 ,揭示出政府经济职能发展的一般规律 ;分析了政府经济职能一般理论的意义(其中包括为研究中国转轨时期政府经济职能提供的方法论)。

| Abstract: | Regarding historical materialism as guideline and basing on domestic and international history and current situation, the article explains economic function of government in ancient society, and under the conditions of market economy, and planned economy; and reveals universal law of development of government economy intelligence with respect to the principle of generality residing in individuality; analyses the meaning of general theory of government's economic function (including the methodology offered for studying government's economic function in China's transitional period). |
