我国中小企业战略管理研究

摘    要:我国的中小企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,它们的快速健康发展将直接促进我国经济的发展。当前,我国成千上万的中小型企业面临着严峻挑战,他们在单一的市场或有限的几个市场上运作,创建者的经验、个人价值观影响企业战略定位,有着很大的局限性。因此,我国中小企业有必要加强其战略管理,增强企业竞争力,将企业做大做强。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprise in China have become an important component of the national economy.Their fast healthy development can directly promote the economic growth.Currently most of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing stern challenges.They only operate in certain markets,short of experience,limited individual values that may influence enterprise strategic positioning.Therefore,limited individual values that may influence enterprise strategic positioning.Therefore,in small and medium-sized enterprise,it is necessary to strengthen their strategic management and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
