| 摘 要： | 现代物流企业与传统企业一样，其终极财务管理的目标都是使企业的价值实现最大化。对现代物流企业价值进行评估，评估结果固然重要，评估过程中也包含着许多有益的信息，评估过程有助于我们理解实现现代物流企业价值的决定因素，本文基于此，通过利用一种新的价值评估体系——期权定价模型进行对物流企业的价值评估，从而可以帮助现代物流企业更好地认识自身的价值及其提升途径。

| Abstract: | Modem logistics enterprises and traditional enterprises, ultimate goal about financial management is to enable enterprises to achieve maximum value. The results of the assessment is important to modem logistics enterprises and the evaluation process also includes a lot of useful information, which will help us undersland the value of modem logistics enterprises determinants. Based on this, the paper through the use of a new system assessment of the value of options pricing models assesses the value of the logistics business, which can help to better understand the modem logistics enterprises so as to enhance their value and means. |
