| 摘 要： | 新一轮的北京郊区城市化不仅为郊区产业发展提供了平台和资源条件,拓展了发展空间,也使郊区产业发展面临新的竞争与挑战.新的竞争态势下郊区产业持续发展的关键是构建牢固的产业基础,因应本地的资源和机遇建立相关配套产业,促进产业的集中与集聚,优化投资环境,在此基础上形成体现本地资源优势的劳动密集型和高科技农业、现代制造业及会展旅游服务产业.

| Abstract: | The urbanization from the Beijing suburban brings suburban industry a foundation,developing area,and new competitions.The key for the industry to keep developing in this situation is to establish a stable foundation.It is necessary for it to develop related complementary industry by resource and opportunity,promote the concentrating and assembling from the industry,and optimize input environment,on this bases,developing the technical agriculture,modern manufacturing industry,and tourism industries which are labour-intensive industries. |
