| 摘 要： | 综述了水稻优质栽培方面的研究进展,气候、土壤、施肥、土壤水分及灌溉、种植密度、收获及干燥等环境、栽培因子对稻米品质和影响。优质稻保优栽培要求选择优良环境,合理安排播期,优化肥料运筹,科学管理水分,病虫草综合防治,适时规范收割等。对水稻全生育时期的环境因素进行监控,以期总结出环境因素对水稻生长发育、产量和品质的影响。
