辽宁省林业投资与经济增长的协调性分析

经济增长与林业投资发展通常是相互影响的,即林业投资的发展可以推动国民经济的增长;反之,国民经济的增长也会带动林业投资的发展。林业投资增长所引起的国民经济的增长效应可以称为"推动效应",而把国民经济增长所带动的林业投资的增长效应称为"拉动效应"。经实证分析,在理论上,辽宁省近些年的林业投资增长快于国民经济的增长。但现实告诉我们,辽宁省林业投资占GDP的比重与国内发达省相比,还是不足的,所以,在今后一段时期内,我们仍然需要加大林业投资增长速度,同时多元化投资来源,当林业投资水平达到较高水平后,再保持其增长速度的稳定性。
